He did a good job of being informative and helpful without being pushy. I never felt any pressure at all the entire time we were at this dealership. I did all the preliminary discussion through email, which was very convienient, and there were no surprises when I came in for a test drive. I mentioned that I might add a hitch later and Jason suggested I consider an OE hitch installed by the dealership as it made a better looking installation than some of the aftermarket hitches. I decided to take his advice, and after seeing the quality job the service department did, I am glad I did. All in all, it was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. More

I recently bought my first Subaru Forester XT from the Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen Dealership in Ballwin, Missouri and I found it to be one of the bes I recently bought my first Subaru Forester XT from the Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen Dealership in Ballwin, Missouri and I found it to be one of the best car buying experiences ever! Jason Moore was extremely helpful, non-pushy and he managed to make the overall process easy and enjoyable. Jason worked with his manager, Matt, to help me get a really affordable good price. Mark McNulty took a lot of time to show me every little detail and feature of the car. His depth of Subaru product knowledge is very impressive and he clearly knows and believes in the Subaru. Dustin was both very helpful and informative in terms of getting me set up with financing. The total experience was outstanding and I am very happy with my new Subaru Forester EX!. I would highly recommend others to look into a Subaru at Dean Team, and especially to ask for Jason Moore and Mark McNulty to assist them. More

Not only did Jason Moore provide what we needed to make the best decision, everyone at the dealership seemed overall positive and willing to do what was needed to earn our business. The car manager Scott Roberts, (comedian in a previous life ) took the time to show us some really excellent features of the car and further went over all the features with my son while waiting for paperwork to be completed. Jason and Scott were exceptional! This all started with an email Jason quickly replied to. Thank you. More

Jason greeted us right away and asked what he could help us with. I explained to him that my current vehicle was unreliable and potentially on the verge of breaking down. I won't go into complete detail, but let's just say he helped me more than I had expected. I walked away with a brand new 2014 VW Passat and I am extremely happy! I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone! He's knowledgeable and pay attention to the details you'd like in a car. Thank you so much Jason! You're the bomb dot com! They wanted to make sure the vehicle met our needs and that we were happy with our purchase. Jason (our salesman) made sure all of our expectations were exceeded. They even worked to get me a better interest rate than my own bank would give me. The process was painless, the price was great and I got a fair deal on my trade in. Jason made sure I was comfortable with everything before I drover off the lot. He even had a Pepsi waiting for me in the console of the vehicle. Could not go wrong buying a car from him. I would hands down recommend Jason and this dealership over any I have ever dealt with in the past. More
