Purchased our 3rd new Hyundai from Regional today, 2022 Santa Cruz. Our salesman Max Baker was prompt and on point with the knowledge on the vehicle to answer any questions we had without saying (let me Santa Cruz. Also thanks to the management team of Jason and Stav for putting everything together for us. Whole process was smooth and quick. Thanks Guys! More

Absolutely the worst service department I’ve ever been to. They lied about what service was being done to my vehicle and refused to address it when I questioned them. Was told I would need to talk to Wayn to. They lied about what service was being done to my vehicle and refused to address it when I questioned them. Was told I would need to talk to Wayne, the Service Manager, but he won’t pick up the line when I call. I purchased a brand new Palisade that has a water leak via the antenna. I was told the antenna needed to be replaced. I waited a week for the part to come in. No one ever called me to let me know it had arrived, I had to call up there to check it the status of the part, only to be told it has been lying around the shop since earlier in the week. During the week long wait, it rained every single day of the week, causing water to accumulate in the rear light fixture and on the seats. I told the service department I was very concerned about the headliner since it had been soaking wet for a week straight and wanted it replaced. Wayne said they’d “take a look at it.” When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a horrendous odor. I asked about it and was told they sprayed disinfectant all over the liner. I did NOT approve this chemical to be used in my vehicle. They sprayed so much of it that I had drip marks down the sides of the doors/walls from it running down (I took pictures for proof). Additionally, had I known they were spraying chemicals, I would have removed my daughters car seat, which was also ruined by the chemical. To top it all off, I read the labor report and it said they tightened the bolt to the antenna instead of replacing it. If all they needed to do was tighten the bolt, why didn’t they do it the first time I took my vehicle in for the leak? This has been the worst dealership to deal with. THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR LOANS AND GIVE YOU A SPOT DELIVERY AGREEMENT IN HOPE HAVE A NEGATIVE RATING FROM ME!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR LOANS AND GIVE YOU A SPOT DELIVERY AGREEMENT IN HOPES SOMEONE PICKS UP YOUR LOAN!!! ONCE THEY SELL YOU A CAR THEY MOVE ON TO THE NEXT VICTIM AND LEAVE YOU HANGING WITH QUESTIONS AND BEAT AROUND THE BUSH WHEN YOU DEMAND ANSWERS!!! THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE TOO GOOD FOR YOU, GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND ACT ALL HIGH AND MIGHTY! STAY AWAY FROM MICHELLE WITH INTERNET SALES! THERE IS NO SAVINGS THERE! SHE IS ALWAYS TOO BUSY FOR YOU! STAY AWAY FROM THEIR MANAGERS JASON AND STAVROS CAUSE THEY SIT IN FRONT OF YOU AND PRETEND THEY ARE SALES PEOPLE AND NOT MANAGEMENT WHEN CLEARLY ON THE PAGE IT SAYS THEY ARE MANAGEMENT! THE GENERIC NUMBER THEY GIVE CAUSE THEY OH SO SUDDENLY CARE, IS THEIR GENERIC NUMBER TO GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND ALL OVER AGAIN! BRAND NEW CAR MISSING WINDOW PANELS, NEVER CALLED ME WHEN IT CAME IN. BUBBLED TINT, I HAD TO SKIP WORK 2 TIMES AND BOTH TIMES THE GUY WAS NOT THERE, 3RD TIME THEY TOLD ME I WAS TO BE GIVEN A LOANER, WHEN WE GOT THERE NO LOANER WAS WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AND THEY HAD TO FIND ONE FOR US. THIS LOANER HAD A BAD TIRE BUT MY HUSBAND WAS TOLD DONT WORRY IT WAS GOING TO JUST BE A COUPLE HOURS... CAME OUT FROM WORK TO A FLAT TIRED LOANER! YOUR SALES PERSON WILL ALWAYS BE TOO BUSY WITH A CUSTOMER TO TALK TO YOU! APPLICATION HAD WRONG SPELLING FIRST TIME AROUND AND HAD TO CORRECT THAT. WHEN THE 30 DAYS WAS UP I CALLED FINANCING TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED. 2 DAYS LATER THEY CALLED AND TOLD ME FINANCING FELL THROUGH BECAUSE SOMEONE PUT IN THE WRONG SOCIAL SO THE BANK KICKED IT BACK AS FRAUD, WAS NOT TOLD BY ANYONE UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE, THEN WAS ASKED FOR SOCIALS AGAIN AND TOLD ME I POSSIBLY HAD TO RETURN THE CAR. NEXT DAY TOLD ME THEY HAD TO RUN CREDIT AGAIN BECAUSE IT EXPIRED DIDNT EVEN TELL ME TIL I GOT NOTICES FROM MY CREDIT CARDS TELLING ME A LENDER WAS PULLING CREDIT AGAIN. KEEP IN MIND THEY SOLD MY CAR, WENT BACK TO THAT CUSTOMER AND HAD TO TAKE MY CAR BACK FROM THEM. SOMEONE STOLE MY ORIGINAL FLOOR MATS THAT CAME WITH MY CAR,FROM MY CAR AND I WAS TOLD TO GO PURCHASE GENERIC OREILLY FLOOR MATS AND THEY WOULD REIMBURSE ME UPON SHOWING A RECEIPT! AT THIS POINT I WAS DONE! I BROUGHT THEM THE TUCSON AND TOOK MY CAR BACK! I WENT TO JIM NORTON TOYOTA AND GOT A BRAND NEW VEHICLE WHICH WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE TUCSON, INTEREST RATE WAS HALF WHAT HYUNDAI OFFERED ME AND TOOK MY TRADE IN OFFER FOR THE SAME AMOUNT NO PROBLEM! I WAS GIVEN PERSONAL CELL INFORMATION SO I WOULDNT HAVE TO CALL AND SIT AND TWIDDLE MY THUMBS HOPING FOR A CALL BACK, NO BEAT AROUND THE BUSH. HYUNDAI LOST 2 CUSTOMERS LAST NIGHT! TOYOTA GAVE ME LOWER PAYMENT, LOWER INTEREST, SAME AMOUNT OF COVERAGE WITH GAP AND WARRANTY PLUS MORE, A BRAND NEW CAR, AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOT HIDE PRETENDING TO BE A SALES PERSON AND LISTEN TO FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS COMPLAIN AND NOT STEP IN LIKE HYUNDAI! THE MANAGERS ARE IN PLAIN SIGHT! HYUNDAI WILL TELL YOU THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT AROUND EVEN WHEN THEY ARE STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU! IF YOU WANT TO BE CONSIDERED A VALUABLE CUSTOMER AND SOMEONE WHO A DEALER WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP AND TREAT YOU LIKE A HUMAN BEING AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEY STEAL YOUR THINGS AND THEN SPIT YOU OUT TO FEND FOR YOURSELVES! THIS WAS ONE MONTH OF FRUSTRATION, REGRET, AND MISERY! CREDIT PULLED MULTIPLE TIMES, CAR AND TAGS LATE ON PAYMENTS BECAUSE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY TELL ME THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT LET ME TELL YOU THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE! EVERYTHING THEY DO IS A JOKE! STAY AWAY!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! More

Purchased a 2020 Hyundai Venue Denim Blue Edition 2/20/20. On 6/8/20 I needed to use my horn for the first time to alert another driver and to avoid a collision and the horn did not work. I immediately called Regional Hyundai to let them know as it is a safety issue. They informed me they were happy to take a look but did not have a loaner vehicle. We arranged for me to bring the vehicle 6/11/20. That day I called and was informed there was no another vehicle to loan to me, despite having previously advised me if needed they would pull a car off the lot. The a/v system in my Hyundai also will intermittently sound scratchy or the screen will stay black and I have to unplug and plug my phone back in. I also noticed oil spots on the ground in my driveway. Regional Hyundai had me bring the car in 6/11. When I advised the service advisor Wayne that the a/v system had issues he advised me that “maybe the phone are car weren’t compatible”. I said that I found it very hard to believe that a brand new 2020 vehicle with Apple car play would not be compatible with a brand new iPhone 11 Mac Pro. Wayne got about 6 inches from my face and got loud and said “if you’d listen to me I’m trying to tell you something!!” I asked Wayne if he had just gotten closer to me to which he replied “I sure did and I’m going to get even closer if you continue to be a smart xxx”. Was I being a smart xxx? Likely. Do I have a four month old car with multiple issues, two of which are major, one being a safety issue? Yes. Am I the customer? Yes. The owner of the dealership did not care when I advised him of what Wayne called me. Another customer witnessed and heard Wayne and even went with me to the owner of the dealership. When I purchased my vehicle I was also advised oil changes and scheduled maintenance were included for three years, only to be told 6/11/20 that it only covers an oil change every six months, and it does not even cover synthetic oil as I was lead to believe. They will lie to close the sale. When you have issues with the car, they will attack you verbally. When your vehicle is in their possession for eight days they will not call to give you a status update. I had to call and check on the vehicle myself. More

Dissatisfied Again! We had a very bad experience in February. In February we walked out when trying to buy a car with my son. Due to them trying to sell him a car that ha We had a very bad experience in February. In February we walked out when trying to buy a car with my son. Due to them trying to sell him a car that had major mechanical issues. We decided to go test drive another car today. We found one we liked. So we decided to go ahead and talk numbers. Unfortunately they did not offer a good price for the car and they tried to charge us 3% more interest than we were already pre-approved for. When I tried to explain the pre-approval the salesman was very condescending and told me that I had a pre-qualification not a pre-approval. However I knew I had a pre-approval and expected to get what I had been promised on my pre-approval. After walking out I called the lender and they explained why the pre-approval didn't sync up at the dealership. So we drove down the road to a different dealer different kind of car and we purchased a Buick Encore very similar to the Kona we had looked at for $3,000 less and we got the interest rate that we knew we were already pre-approved for. Extremly Disappointing I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer the previously. Sadly they are not the dealer of the past. They only care about the immediate sale not a I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer the previously. Sadly they are not the dealer of the past. They only care about the immediate sale not a long term customer therefore their tactics and attitudes have changed. We left after the car we were about to sign on, had mechanical problems when they drove it in to detail it. They expected us to still sign and use a loaner until they got it fixed. However, they didn't even know what was wrong. I also went back and spoke to the Sales Manager to give him an opportunity to change my mind, to make me consider remaining a Regional Hyundai customer for my next purchase. I don't recall his name but he didn't care and was not interested in trying to make me a long term customer again. We had made a purchase elsewhere prior to my going back there, so he was done with me. *Note..the Salesman and Sales Manager have reached out to apologize for our experience. While I appreciate their gesture it doesn't change the facts or the way we were made to feel that day.* More
