After checking with multiple dealerships regarding the purchase of our new 2024 GMC truck, Jason and Michael (General sales manager) at Royal Moore were the winners of our purchase, they were easy to wor purchase of our new 2024 GMC truck, Jason and Michael (General sales manager) at Royal Moore were the winners of our purchase, they were easy to work with and no hassle. I asked, after initially talking price with them for an additional $500 off that another dealer was offering, closer to home. I heard back first thing the next day they would match. With additional incentives possible through GM, they were clear that those would be unknown until the vehicle is delivered and they would honor any additional incentives at delivery time, again I have no doubt they will pass additional savings. The best part is they were open and willing to provide a purchase price instead of the old “We will not know the exact price until it gets here routine” other dealers, except one other, would not budge on. At this point the truck has been ordered and we are waiting delivery. Jason and Michael did not make us feel like it is a privilege to do business with them, rather they made sure the customer gets what they want when you are spending a lot of money. One example of honesty was Michael taking a goose neck package price off the order as the same equipment is included in the 5th wheel hitch Package (Was not clear during the online build process) saving a few hundred bucks. Other dealers would have left this on and pocketed the money. He also talked about tailgate speakers and I opted out of them as it seemed to be something quite frankly would fail within a short amount of time. I appreciated the honest feedback. It’s obvious the knowledge base and expertise with these two gentleman will make this dealership successful. We look forward to taking delivery in the next few months. Great work gentleman at this point :). More
