Very unfortunate purchase experience with the internet sales manager, Jason. He was all about customer service until the sale was done. Came up with a number of post sale excuses regarding something promised to me and then completely stopped responding. Look carefully at your documents. Two examples, they will automatically charge you for a third party GPS service you’ve never discussed. Two, check your window sticker that comes with your CPO vehicle. Mine stated no warranty even though a factory warranty remained in addition to a CPO warranty. In sum, once the sale is done Hennessy will not be there. More

We have just taken delivery of a Macan and Jason, who we worked with all along, dropped the car off at our house as we were short of time. They even took an economy car as a trade and gave us a very good price on it. Apparently they have a deal with KBB where they can take a car and pass to KBB for a decent price. Definitely ask about this service as I didn't know it existed. Other dealers were offering us buttons for the trade as their intention was to auction it. All round, we got a great deal on a Macan that is a few years old but still has that new feel to it for a very good price with great service from Jason and the rest of the team. If you're shopping for a Porsche, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't visit Hennessy. More
