Steve Brawer was Amazing. Steve listened to my husband and he understood all of our concerns and was always helpful. Steve made sure that our van was serviced right and even Steve listened to my husband and he understood all of our concerns and was always helpful. Steve made sure that our van was serviced right and even set our family up with a Ferman Courtesy Vehicle knowing, our van would be out of commission for awhile because it needed a complete New Transmission and Driver Side Window Switch and Driver Side Heating Coil. Even when we had to bring our van back after Transmission's Replacement for a metal shovel scraping sound. Steve listened to our concerns and wasn't dismissive, he even heard a problem with our Front AC Blower, we hadn't. Steve resolve both of Issues in a timely manner. Even though our Driver Side Window Switch and Driver Side Heating Coil are on back order due to supply chain issues, Steve has been keeping us in the loop on what's going on with our parts. My husband had a really bad experience with Ferman before, but Steve and Chris( he was in charge of services for our van a year ago) have restored our Faith in Ferman's Service Department. Also shout out to who ever is running Ferman's Hospitality and Customer Lounge, Thanks for the Great Coffee and Drinks and Providing Such a Clean and Comfortable Area for Your Customers. We also wanted to give the Cleaning Maintenance People Shout Out for keeping everything so clean and sanitized. Thanks Steve Brawer for Being an Awesome Guy. Faith Restored. More
