I just want to comment that Jonathan, in the service dept, was Most helpful yesterday. I stopped in after the tire pressure warning light came on in my Outback. I saw a nail in the tire and was concerne dept, was Most helpful yesterday. I stopped in after the tire pressure warning light came on in my Outback. I saw a nail in the tire and was concerned about driving home. Jonathan looked at the nail, said it was too close to the side to repair, took a measurement and advised I'd have to have a new tire "shaved" to match the wear on the other tires, explained why, and said it would be a few days to get that done. As I don't live in Janesville, he suggested that they could do it there, or I could go to the dealer nearer where I work in Madison. He gave me the info to provide to the Madison dealer, and reassured me it should be fine to drive, just watch the tire pressure. I am VERY impressed with his attitude. Just wanted to give a Kudo's for his help. THANKS! More

Over period of weeks, he located an end-of-model year vehicle consistent with our desires, coordinated timely installatio respectful, and enjoyable. Our purchase coincided with the Covid-19 pandemic and we appreciated his (and that of other staff) attention to appropriate precautions. John was accompanied by a sales trainee who was attentive and unobtrusive, as well as fortunate to have the quality of John's mentoring. More

This place has no idea of service or customer relations. I bought a 2019 forester had it 6 months. The service and sales team are so bad I traded it off for a new Jeep. I bought a 2016 Impreza and could not have been more pleased with the way I was treated. Negotiations were smooth and all my concerns were addressed.
