I drove the same car for 20 years. I needed to do some test driving. When Jason Hampton introduced himself, he didn't know what he was in for. I had that poor guy in and out of so many cars, even leaving test driving. When Jason Hampton introduced himself, he didn't know what he was in for. This is my 1st experience and Bill Bryan Subaru, and it was a very food dealership to deal with. They (Service Department) are a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation about going back and having t was a very food dealership to deal with. They (Service Department) are a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation about going back and having them work on my car again! Since this was on a recall, they gave me a loaner car to have until the work was completed and gave me no problem when I said can I bring back the loaner the next day. I used to feel that dealing with a car salesman was one of life's worst experiences. No longer feel that way. Dealing with Jason and Tyler was very easy and pleasant. .
