My experience at Colonial was amazing, they made it so easy for me to get my new car. There was no pushy sales tactics and everyone was incredibly laid back and friendly. This no-pressure approach is an important part of why I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and coworkers. Internet Manager (Jason Giacoppo) followed up on my request for information, and promptly notified me when a car meeting my criteria became available. Salesperson (Bill Burns) was very knowledgeable about Volkswagens, and gave me a detailed and informed overview of the car and its capabilities when I picked it up.
