Jasper, Tyler and Louis really made the purchase a very smooth transaction. Went to PCF on Saturday and had my new Escape on Tuesday. I was sold in a few hours. He is very honest, attentive, knowledgable, makes sure the customer is happy and didn't pressure me. He has given me great deals on both leases. Jasper the salesman was excellent, energetic and very informative. I was impressed with the way he handled my lease step by step. He was very detailed and attentive to my concerns, which they handled right away. Jenn and the finance team were thorough with going over the details of my lease and were very friendly. Excellent experience, will see them again for a Ford F150 next. More
