I called for an inventory check on a extremely specific Mustang that I seen on Serramontes Website. They held the vehicle until I came in, and I was driving off the lot in under 2 hours!!! I will continue to give Serramonte Ford my business. Everything here is slam dunk. I initially communicated to Jason (manager) that I wanted to deal with a fleet manager, he assured me that his staff Jhay, would fill in his place since Jason was going to be out of the office when I arrived. Jhay was very professional, cut and dry, to the point, no b.s., no used car sales tactics, just plain here’s the vehicle, it sells itself.....I like that. Thank you SERRAMONTE FORD!!!! Late Friday We had a great experience on a Friday night. Didn't feel pressure in the purchase with a great sales person. I walked in not really expecting to like any of the selections. My husband owns a Ford and I did not want the same car. After looking things over and test driving some cars I found "my car". I am very happy with the service and knowledge of the staff and all of their products. The maintenance package is the best I have ever seen! More
