Excellent Customer Service I was given great customer service during and after my purchase. My salesman took the time to show me all the features of my Tucson. He helped me set I was given great customer service during and after my purchase. My salesman took the time to show me all the features of my Tucson. He helped me set up the app and also made sure everything worked before I left. The facility itself was clean and in excellent shape. Brian in F&I provided me with all the knowledge in making the final decisions of my purchase. Roger and John both introduced themselves and showed appreciation for my purchase. More

I live 200 miles away, and was only "just looking" for a red Tucson to replace my leased vehicle. Jason Capilla listened to all that I wanted and the financing I was interested in and he told me he would g red Tucson to replace my leased vehicle. Jason Capilla listened to all that I wanted and the financing I was interested in and he told me he would get back with me in a few minutes. And he did! And throughout our discussions he mentioned Tri-State would deliver my vehicle to me without me having to make the 200-mile trip. Though they did not have the exact vehicle in stock that I wanted they found it for me. That very evening we completed negotiations, signed the paperwork and Tri-State sent someone to me to do all of that and to pick up my car. They brought me a brand new vehicle to drive while they were readying the car that I purchased. I'm setting in my home looking at the beautiful new red Hyundai Tucson sitting in my driveway. Could not be happier with the courtesy and the service of this dealership and specifically of Jason and Brian the two that I worked with. Big thumbs up from Kansas. More

From lemons to lemonade We were driving home to Plano when our Sonata showed an engine problem . Upon arriving at the Amarillo dealership, we met Joe . He was quick, courteou We were driving home to Plano when our Sonata showed an engine problem . Upon arriving at the Amarillo dealership, we met Joe . He was quick, courteous, and kind while working to find a solution to our problem. The engine needed to be totally replaced, would take a few months time, and we were 400 miles from home. While we had been waiting, we looked at the new cars, Allyson answering any questions we came up with some help from Jason as she was fairly new to her job. Both of them were so friendly and willing to help,even though we had told them we probably would be getting our car serviced. We ended up buying a new Santa Fe. I believe the one thing that most convinced us to buy was just how nice everyone was that we encountered while there. More

Buying my first new car went very smoothly Tim Boggs was very helpful and understanding when walking me through the process of buying a new car. He answered all of my questions and worked with Tim Boggs was very helpful and understanding when walking me through the process of buying a new car. He answered all of my questions and worked with me when I was on the fence about buying a new vs a used car. I spent about 6 hours talking to Tim that Saturday and he was awesome the whole time.
