I went in on a Monday, applied for a vehicle was told by salesperson Jason Bone I was approved.I was very excited, he showed me the vehicle breakdown, let me pick out a car and told me, I could finish the d salesperson Jason Bone I was approved.I was very excited, he showed me the vehicle breakdown, let me pick out a car and told me, I could finish the deal the following day with his supervisor; John, as he had a Dr.'s appt the next day and wouldn't be at work. I called his supervisor John M. Tuesday morning and was told "he" was working on my deal..well, he never called back and I never heard a word back, called the dealership a few times for a status update and was told, I THOUGHT John closed your deal Tuesday, I'll call you back..needless to say neither person called back This dealership ran my credit 12 times (AFTER I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM NOT TO DO THAT if they couldn't help me). Then, after multiple calls. I was told by Jason, yeah, John should've told you...TOLD ME WHAT???? Well, that Danny, would call me back (as if I knew who Danny was)....of course he never called back either, So, in short, I feel lied to, deceived and certainly ignored and still really have no idea what happened here...other than I now have 12 inquiries on my credit, a seriously dropped score, no car, and not 1 call back..THANKS FOR BEING EVERYTHING YOU SAID YOU WEREN'T!!! More

I FOUND MY JEEP ONLINE ON FRIDAY AND DROVE IT HOME ON SATURDAY. LOVE THE JEEP AND DICK SCOTT WAS GREAT! COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT BY TEXT AND EMAIL AND WHEN MY ORIGINAL FINANCING THROUGH MY CREDIT UNION SATURDAY. LOVE THE JEEP AND DICK SCOTT WAS GREAT! COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT BY TEXT AND EMAIL AND WHEN MY ORIGINAL FINANCING THROUGH MY CREDIT UNION WASN'T GONNA COME IN TIME FOR SATURDAY, THEY WERE ABLE TO OFFER FINANCING THAT DAY. AS IT HAPPENED QUICKLY AND ON THE WEEKEND, THEY ALSO HELPED BY GETTING THROUGH TO MY INSURANCE TO HAVE THE JEEP ADDED SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN VISIT AS IT WAS A LONG DRIVE. FIRST BRAND NEW CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE SINCE 2002 AND FELT GOOD ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. More
