Communication was poor. Always had to follow up on any questions myself. Registration was incorrect and never received copy of signed sales agreement . Drove 1.5 hrs out of my way calling the store over a questions myself. Registration was incorrect and never received copy of signed sales agreement . Drove 1.5 hrs out of my way calling the store over and over again to ask if I could endorse a check over so we could pick vehicle up. At least 12 calls no answer! Only to get there and be told we couldn't. Just answering the phone would have saved time. They did however deliver the car for free which was nice. More
