Great Service - Serviced Prius We got an amazing deal on a Prius 4 months ago. However, 2 weeks ago the main battery went bad. We immediately called 518 Auto Sales (Anthony M.) and without hesitation they had us bring it in to inspect. From the moment we brought it in, to the moment they returned the car, 518 guided us through the whole process, even covering most of the cost through their warranty. The team at 518 are true professionals, especially Anthony M. Their service was amazing and, like always, extremely courteous. This is the only dealership I’ll do business with. Make sure u know what you are buying I bought a car in August, when I got it in 2 weeks it was in the shop. After writing a review 518 atuo decided to pay for the repair,well what my warr I bought a car in August, when I got it in 2 weeks it was in the shop. After writing a review 518 atuo decided to pay for the repair,well what my warranty didn’t cover. Transmission was bad . Fixed the Tran then went out on me the next week. From August to November I drove my car for two weeks.. my car is still and has been in the shop since November.cone to find out engine was bad needed a new battery and alternator. Well unfortunately I don’t fall under the lemon law cause of the age of the car... 3800 gone on a car I only drove for two weeks from August till Now March 2019. Just be aware of what u are buying and make sure a mechanic Looks at it . It kind of sucks cause I really thought 518 auto was the best lot in Norfolk... because Kyle is the best , but just be aware of what ur buying before you buy it ... More
