Taylor and Jared are wonderful and I am sure the others are as well, but have not gotten to know them yet. It was time to retire the Highlander after 124,000 miles and we worked with John O'Keeffe in sales. He was very patient with all of our test drives and needs. My husband is very tall and we found that the RAV would seat him both for comfort and safety. John answered all of our questions, helped set things up with my phone/Bluetooth interface. He was professional and could not have been nicer. I never mind coming for service to Falmouth Toyota because the waiting rooms are comfortable, coffee tea and snacks are offered, and when it is nice out there is an outside place to sit --the picnic area. They won't let you drive if a repair is needed for safety--they offer a loaner. My husband is picky, ran his own auto repair shop many years ago and he thinks they are top-notch, and I do too. Plus they stay on time with their scheduling (very important). Lots of smiles at this place (staff and customers). Customer service is everything and these people could write a book on it or offer seminars. Thank you. More

Honest, accommodating service Unexpectedly my almost nine year old Prius didn't start one morning. Unexpected because this is the first time anything like this happened. I called t Unexpectedly my almost nine year old Prius didn't start one morning. Unexpected because this is the first time anything like this happened. I called the service department. They thought it might be the 12 volt battery and suggested I called AAA. I did. Once they gave me a jump start I drove straight to Falmouth Toyota. I obviously didn't have an appointment but they fit me in. I did need the battery replaced and I made it to work a short time later. This is consistent with all of my previous experiences. Very accommodating and always honest. More

Buying a new Tacoma truck I took my truck into toyota for a tuneup this December and was quoted approximately $8500 to fix a myriad of problems due to rust underneath the vehic I took my truck into toyota for a tuneup this December and was quoted approximately $8500 to fix a myriad of problems due to rust underneath the vehicle. Jared was great to work with. I unfortunately spent over $300 to tune the truck up and after assessing the condition of the truck, I I decided to consider purchasing a new or used Tacoma after talking with Jared. In sales, Ken Collings couldn't find me a similar vehicle so I looked at Hyannis Toyota and the internet to see what I could find. Ken appraised the vehicle and said the truck was worth $5000 in a trade. After a few days of looking without success, I received a call from Courtney in Internet sales. She had found a truck that satisfied what I was looking for. She gave me a price and we applied the $5000 to the purchase price. I spoke with Ken on the phone and we made all arrangements for purchasing the truck in one day. We made all the arrangements so that the sale could be booked by the end of the year. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Jared, Ken and Courtney. My only regret is that I didn't get more for my truck since it was only a 12 year old Toyota and it was falling apart. Other than that, a great experience by a great team. I have purchase many new vehicles during This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Ken Collings, and the 3rd new vehicle purchased at Falmouth Toyota. I have purchase many new vehicles during my driving years, and by far, Falmouth Toyota and Ken Collings made the transaction a truly wonderful experience. I have never gotten the new car shuffle or financing run around, I have always been treated with respect. As a women I have experienced times in dealerships where I was made to feel inferior, but not here. I go back to Falmouth Toyota for my routine maintenance as well. Try them out, you won't be sorry. More
