I have nothing but good things to say about Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood. While I was overseas in Afghanistan, I contacted my parents to start looking for a Chevy Silverado. They went to multiple dealersh Chevy in Lakewood. While I was overseas in Afghanistan, I contacted my parents to start looking for a Chevy Silverado. They went to multiple dealerships but kept coming back to Pine Belt. Once I returned to the States, I dropped by the dealership with my mother to drop off some paperwork. I was immediately introduced to the salesman that'd worked with my parents, Adel. His was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions. I was then introduced to Jim Reichert who said that if there was anything I ever needed, to come down to the dealership and he would take care of it. He has since made good on that promise on more than one occasion. My mother took us into Charlie Kehr's office to work out some paperwork and we both received the same attitude as had been previously displayed by Adel and Jim. Lastly I was introduced to Jesus Vergel, the accessory manager to resolve an accessory issue that I had. The incorrect rain guards other than the ones I originally specified were installed on my truck. Jesus said he would resolve the situation. He immediately called down to the accessory shop and took care of everything AT NO COST TO ME. Needless to say, I am absolutely thrilled with the customer service that was shown to me. I casually mentioned to Jesus that my girlfriend was in the market for a Chevy Cruze. He said to bring her down and they'd take care of her. I brought her down a few days later and she drove her brand new 2012 Cruze home THAT DAY. Adel, Jim, and Jesus were very helpful during her entire car buying process. Everything from small things like bringing us coffee while we waited, answering any and all questions she had, helping her activate her OnStar, etc etc all while displaying an outstanding attitude and obvious concern for their level of customer service. That day the business manager that took care of the deal was Jared Neumann, who explained all the paperwork and documents that had to be signed. He did so in a very clear, transparent manner, without trying to skirt or dodge any questions that my girlfriend had. I cannot stress enough how impressed I am with this dealership. They aren't just doing a good job of selling a brand, but they actually take the time to make sure customers are satisfied because they know their reputation drives off the lot with every vehicle they sell. It's obvious they have an outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction. I will definitely be back for any future vehicle needs I have. Thanks again to the outstanding crew at Pine Belt Chevy. More

It was time for a new work van, and I headed over to Pine Belt. I looked around for a little bit, Carter was watching me, but what letting me look on my own. I dont know if that is important to most, but to me it was the first reason that kept me there when Carter did approach me. I told him what I needed in a work van, and the price range I was looking in. He took me out on a test drive, no heavy sales pitch at all, just let me drive the van and get the feel for it. I have always been a Ford van driver, but after driving it and talking with Carter I knew the van was for me. I did explain to him that I needed to go home and speak to my wife, that I had to make sure she was ok with the price and that sort of thing. Before I left,Jim Reichert came out to speak with me. He was amazing, very friendly, down to earth, all around great guy. He told me to go home do what I had to do with my wife but know that whatever it was, he and Carter would make it work for me and to keep my wife happy. They shook my hand, thanked me for coming in, gave me their cards, did not try to pressure me in anyway as I left, and that was reason why I DID go back. I went home spoke to my wife, and she was all for it but wanted me to go and shop around a little but more. Not to make the boss mad, I did just that, and I tell you what, every other dealer I went to that day were very pushy and not very interested in my needs because I was buying a cargo van and to be honest Carter and Jim made such an impression on me, that I think I was spoiled just from being in there for an hour earlier that day. After that I said that its, I called Carter, and he said come on in right now. I arrived back at the dealership around 7:30 pm, Carter, Jim and Jared Neumann did everything in their power to get me in that van at the payments I needed. All in all the 3 of these gentlemen went above and beyond for me and I will recommend them to everyone I know. I picked up the van today, 2-4-12, and can not be happier! Thank You Guys! Guy was very helpfull while we looked for a new vehicle, gave us time to look on our own and then answeared any questions we had.
