He even sent drivers down to pick up our truck to do an appraisal for our trade, saving us an extra trip! When hail damage was discovered on our trade, he didn’t lose any momentum - he got an estimate and worked with me to my complete satisfaction. Once we arrived, the paperwork was all ready for us and our 5th wheel hitch was ready to move to our new truck – he even helped with the heavy lifting!
