Our salesperson Jan took a lot of time with us explaining everything and was very patient. She seemed to be very concerned that we get all the facts before we make a decision and did not pressure or rush us at all. After seeing the price we leased a Civic that day. We came back several days later and actually bought an Accord since the financing was such a great rate and Jan was again very helpful, staying way after the place had closed to make sure we had all of the information needed. We came to Roush because of the excellent reputation of the service department (Doug Gunn in particular, a great serviceman) but would recommend the sales department as well and Jan Wilkins, our salesperson who was top notch. The two finance men we worked with were also excellent and made the process as painless as it could have been. Roush Honda sure seems to be a quality business. We did check with John Hinderer and Lindsay and neither seemed to be able to present quite the professionalism that Roush did, and I was a former Hinderer customer.
