Buyer beware of their prices. They lost on the internet low prices on their cars then hit you with a service fee which essentially is the cost of fixing the car from the previous owner. This means they gav low prices on their cars then hit you with a service fee which essentially is the cost of fixing the car from the previous owner. This means they gave the previous customer a low trade in amount for the vehicle to fix the issues then make the new owner pay for those repairs which mean they get double the money for fixing a broken seat heating element. Please be smart while buying a vehicle watch YouTube vids to educate yourself on how places like this try to scale people. More

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have never had such poor service after purchasing a car. Last year I purchased a car for my teenage son from a different dealer and had a great experience. So I was completely caught off g purchasing a car. Last year I purchased a car for my teenage son from a different dealer and had a great experience. So I was completely caught off guard by the level of poor customer service and lack of professionalism at this dealership. After I purchased my car the battery was completely dead. I had no issue just fix it right?! I was told twice that the work was done so come get your car. Showed up...not done, REALLY?! Days later “Oh by the way, we never did an inspection on the car. Can you bring it back?” Really?!!! When I call no one returns my calls. The General Manager finally called me to express his sincere apologies for all the issues. In fact he said “You have my cell phone number. Call me when you have ANY issue”. Well guess what? It’s been 3 weeks since I purchased my car and I have yet to get my second set of keys or the paperwork to get my license plates. In one week the temporary license plate will expire and I won’t be able to drive the car. So I called up the General Manager on his cell phone. I left several messages.....crickets. FYI, when you purchase a car from Napleton your forced to buy the “Napleton Care Package”. This is a 2 year service contract. I just bought a 2 YEAR HEADACHE! And it wasn’t cheap! So please go somewhere else....Anywhere else.... you’ve been warned. Take care. More

Buy a new car I went to Napleton Nissan to look at a car. My experience that I got fr another dealership was not so great I spoke with the general manager Mr. Jame I went to Napleton Nissan to look at a car. My experience that I got fr another dealership was not so great I spoke with the general manager Mr. James Kingery he answered the question that I ask from pass experience on looking at other cars. He let me know that he would work with me on getting the car that I like and tested drove. My expectations was met,I very pleased and I will refer other to this dealership Napleton Nissan. I got the car that I wanted. Thank you Mr. Kingery for working with me putting the needs of your customer first. Great Service I generally don't like to have maintenance done by a car dealership, however, I have found the prices comparable with the drive up oil change places, I generally don't like to have maintenance done by a car dealership, however, I have found the prices comparable with the drive up oil change places, and I get that 'personal touch' showing details of all services that have been completed on my car. I am never pressured to purchase recommended services. Overall great experience. More
