We first met Jim, the manager , and after explaining what our wishes and needs, he introduced us to Jan Intoccia, a sales consultant. Jan made me feel extremely comfortable , and suggested a Lexus GS 350, We then looked at the car, took a drive, and he was extremely thorough in explaining all the car had to offer. I never dreamed that I would ever own a Lexus, but he showed us that it was indeed a car for us. The entire trade in process was certainly to our liking. Totally PROFESSIONAL! I will always use this company and Jan in my future years! Furthermore, this car is the REAL DEAL! The drive is so smooth , and luxury plus! The technology is unbelievable and easy to use . I like dealership ,but I don't like the sales man Jan Intoccia ,he told me the car has rain sensor before I bought it .but turn out it doesn't have.when we call him back ,he said "I thought every Lexus h Intoccia ,he told me the car has rain sensor before I bought it .but turn out it doesn't have.when we call him back ,he said "I thought every Lexus has rain sersor " no even say sorry.I was very upset!!! I always brought my 2006 IS 250 for service to Motor World. Andy (now with another division at Motor World) and Jilian and Ana and even the people working in the garage return calls promptly and answer World. My father buys his Lexus cars and I wanted the same style and color and worked with Jan Intoccia to get my 2011 IS 250. Jan is very personable, knowledgeable and probably the best qualified to give instruction on all the new features. I was very happy with the whole experience and can't imagine driving anything but a Lexus. More
