He brought a nice approach to the process and is did a fabulous job in meeting our needs. His communication with us and is collaboration with his team to make the deal were outstanding. To say we are happy doesn't begin to describe our delight in this team. I have been in and around the car business all my life; and this is easily one of the, if not the single, best car buying experience I've had to date. And believe me, I'm a hard sell! Handy's obviously runs a tight ship, and provides their employees exceptional support that is apparent and necessary for them to be able to perform at that level.
