While I was looking for a car for my daughter I worked with James. We talked back and forth over a couple months. He was responsive and informative the entire time and worked to help me find what I wanted with James. We talked back and forth over a couple months. I ended up buying elsewhere only because I found the exact car I was looking for and unfortunately Kyner's just didn't have one at the time. I recently had the water pump fail on my BMW. Since it was still within the 90 day warranty period Dustin took care of it, only costing me the $100 deductible. I needed a car fast and I was still rebuilding my credit. So I made a call to James and he took my information and asked what I was looking to buy. He looked over the numbers on my end and found that he could put me into the exact car that I was looking at without breaking the bank. He had everything drafted up for me after I got off work and all I had to do was test drive and sign that night. Very fast and professional. Since that experience my wife and I have purchased a second vehicle using James from Kyner’s. This experience was just as good as the first. We took the car home and a couple days later we heard a noise in the steering. We called in and they replaced the part under warranty no questions asked. Very happy with our experience thus far. More
