Wonderful Customer Service, always satisfied and never disappointed. I always take it in without an appointment because unfortunately with my husbands schedule is hard to tell when his day off will be but disappointed. Everyone was polite and the facility was efficient. The toddler room is a great option as I had my 3 year old with me. However, it smelled heavily like cigarettes and was dirty and dusty. Service advisor Shawn Chamberlin went above and beyond my expectations. We have 2 KIA , 1 optima 2012 and 2022 Carnival . Both serviced at Kia of North Austin.
