I was greeted by James Tran in sales and felt comfortable to consult his expertise during my search for the perfect car over the month I was car shopping . He is extremely professional, patient - not pushy, and knowledgeable. Very enthusiastic to convey the details of Toyota warranties and service plans for the vehicles they sell. He was able to suggest cars he thought best fit my needs. One night he suggested a particular Corolla and it was perfect. They were a little flexible on the price and I felt confident that I got the best deal on a car and the bumper-to-bumper warranty that comes with it. James deftly guided me through the process of buying a car and then referred me to the finance department where Jorge Cabrera crunched the numbers, handled the temporary insurance and made it affordable. Then they detailed the car and handed me the keys. It was exciting to drive my new car home that very night. More

James was amazing! The whole team was amazing! I was very hesitant coming into this especially because this was my first time investing into a car.
