We were greated in a timely manner. James was fri and actually took an interest in us. Of course we would have liked a lower price but James did negotiate for us. We worked with James and he was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and was never pushy. We appreciated that he gave us time as a family to look at the vehicle without having a salesman around and that he provided us with every detail we could imagine about our new purchase. He worked with us over the phone, through text, and in person in the utmost professional manner. We truly appreciated his kindness and the hospitality of one of the Managers, Tom as well. We would happily go back to them and recommend them to anyone looking for a Kia or used car! More
