Rob, in finance, did a great job of processing our loan paperwork and explaining everything to us. No hassles and no pressure. A great car buying experience. I also bought a self-installed mod and dealt with Stu in the parts department. I told Stu what I wanted and when I was picking up my vehicle and he made sure the parts were there waiting on me.
