James was friendly and professional during the entire process. He took the time to show me all of the options available on my Escape, and how they worked before the purchase and again upon delivery. Customer service was great. He explained all of the packages and when there was not a car on the lot that fit my needs, he went out of his way to find one that did. He did what he said he was going to do, and returned all of my calls promptly. Overall, a great experience. More
