My break light sensor went on to my Mercedes Sprinter, I called service department and they told me to bring it in and they inspected and for sure I needed new front breaks, I’m glad I didn’t need the rotor called service department and they told me to bring it in and they inspected and for sure I needed new front breaks, I’m glad I didn’t need the rotors. Long story short the service was excellent, I am well pleased with their professionalism, their expertise and was out within a couple hours. He was very patient with me and what i appreciated the most about James was that he was very considerate of my situation (full time nursing student) and was determined to still get me what I came for. When it came to purchasing the car he got me the best rate I could ask for and honestly for whatever road blocks came up, James was involved and proactive throughout the whole process.
