Dealing with James Robichaud was a very pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable about Hyundai, and during the test drive in the Sonata, he informed me about many features in the vehicle. Speaking with James was very enjoyable, I learned about the vehicle, Hyundai's history, as well as the history of the Rick Case brand, which was very interesting to me.
