found what i wanted and Jim helped me drive away in it. I went to the Bloomington Kia in hope of finding a Optima.This where i met Jim. He welcomed me right as I walked in. I described to him what i wanted, I went to the Bloomington Kia in hope of finding a Optima.This where i met Jim. He welcomed me right as I walked in. I described to him what i wanted, and was shown only cars that fit. After finding THE one at a good price, Jim worked about 1 hour and 45 minutes after the dealership closed to get me driving it home. More

Questionable honesty I bought a 2017 Kia Soul from this dealership the sales consultant was Jim Reimer. After visiting other dealerships and a test drive here we discussed I bought a 2017 Kia Soul from this dealership the sales consultant was Jim Reimer. After visiting other dealerships and a test drive here we discussed price and the rebates that were offered on the vehicle I was also offered a $400 veterans discount which I did not get in that was very upsetting and not right so after thinking it over for a day I came back and said I wanted to buy the vehicle I was told that they couldn't honor the rebates and that the price we had worked out was going to be at they would not give me my $400 veterans discount also as I said I bought the product because I like the product, it's just the dealings were not very straightforward. On the day of the test drive I was also told that there would be 0% financing available and later found out that it was not more questionable sales practices. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Thank you! More
