Thank god for TIM. I was in the market for a Jeep Cherokee, but there was none on the lot at this time. he researched his data base and found one was coming in about 4 weeks. he seemed to know the ex Cherokee, but there was none on the lot at this time. he researched his data base and found one was coming in about 4 weeks. he seemed to know the exact car I wanted with options. He was in contact with me and managed to get the car in about 2 weeks. I can't thank Tim and all the people at Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM enough. More

Avoid this place. I recently bought a car from them and was taken advantage of with slimey fast stereotypical car sales tactics. I was unassuming this was the nature of this dealership being it’s not some was taken advantage of with slimey fast stereotypical car sales tactics. No too happy... granted my wife and I did buy a 2020... I guess I should have bought A 2021. Did everything remotely before picking up due to COVID. I paid $24,000 for a car with 34,000 miles. I love the car, I paid the asking price, but when I went to pick up the car... one of the tires was clearly on it way out and the other 3 were in good shape. I said something to the salesman... his reply was the mechanic said it passed what inspection... I have a $24,000 car that I did not argue price and you will not replace a $150.00 tire? ...that is ridiculous. To boot it had less than a half of a tank of gas... never have I ever bought a car without a full tank of gas. Happy with the car, but very disappointed in some of the aspects of the sale More
