He treated me like a princess because I just knew I would not qualify for a new car after being rear ended in an accident and having to have a down payment. The entire staff was awesome, Karla the business manager was amazing also. This is absolutely the best car buying experience I ever had and it was so amazing that it brought me to tears of joy.
