Service - 60,000 miles All service requested was performed in a timely manner, I waited on my car to be serviced. The service folks were very helpful Only issue is tha All service requested was performed in a timely manner, I waited on my car to be serviced. The service folks were very helpful Only issue is that half way home my low tire signal sounded. I had to add air to all four tires as they were below the recommended PSI. More

Fabulous experience Met Will in the parking lot and he was great. I knew what I wanted and he never pushed me or tried to get me to buy a more expensive car. In reality, Met Will in the parking lot and he was great. I knew what I wanted and he never pushed me or tried to get me to buy a more expensive car. In reality, he did everything he could to get me the car I wanted for the lowest price possible. He introduced me to the people I needed to deal with in the business office and in the service department. He answered all of my questions. Explained how everything worked and even tossed in a phone charger for my iPhone. He made it clear that if I had any questions or concerns after the sale to contact him personally and he would take care of it. He really made it a good experience. More

Car purchase I made 3 visits to Med Center. The first 2 Mr. Frey gave us lots of info including driving the car. The 3rd visit we bought the CX5. Mr. Frey spent ov I made 3 visits to Med Center. The first 2 Mr. Frey gave us lots of info including driving the car. The 3rd visit we bought the CX5. Mr. Frey spent over an hour showing us all about the car and installed my phone for me. I am very pleased with my car and how Mr. Frey helped us through the process. More
