My name is James Carr also known as "Jim". I've been with the Lundgren Automotive Group Since 2017 and I take pride in what I do here! My goal is to give my customers the best experience imaginable, helping you make the right choice with a vehicle. I do not want my customers to feel pressured in any way, but instead feel like I'm here to help them. I am very laid back and easy to talk to! A little about myself: I am a local Franklin County resident, graduated from Franklin County Technical School in 2011! I am a huge New England sports fan, especially the Boston Bruins! I grew up playing Hockey and Golf and still play to this day. I am also a Musician "Drummer" and have been playing since i was 3 years old! You may have seen me perform live in the local area with my band “Plunge Pool”

There were ups and downs within the process but not attributed to the dealership or anyone I worked with. Everybody was great working through any bumps. I have been with their dealership since 2009 and attributed to the dealership or anyone I worked with. Everybody was great working through any bumps. I have been with their dealership since 2009 and have no complaints. They have always been friendly and thorough. James was great to work with. He was very patient with me as all the new-fangled equipment on the newer cars confounded me. He answered all my questions. The service department was very accommodating and treated me more than fairly. I knew and trusted them from my 15 years having my 2009 serviced there. I am so glad to be driving my new used car and hope I have it as long as my 2009 which I still have. Go Honda! Especially Lundgren of Greenfield. More

James was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Knowledgeable, kind, responsive and genuinely happy to see his clients find their next vehicle. I sort of wish I had known about some of th finish. Knowledgeable, kind, responsive and genuinely happy to see his clients find their next vehicle. I sort of wish I had known about some of the options (like seat covers, undercoating, etc.) before I purchased the car but not a big deal at all. The process was quick, smooth, and pleasant and James did everything possible to make it so. No pressure or hard sell whatsoever. Right before I dropped my trade in off, it developed a crack in the windshield but James said not to worry and I still got the same trade in price. Several years ago, we had purchased a CRV from Phil Reilly here and had a similiarly great experience. Connie was lovely to work with both times as well. I wouldn't hesistate to buy another vehicle at Lundgren Honda or recommend them to friends and family. Thank you, Lundgren Honda! More
