After going back and forth the new car manager only removed $1,000 dollars claiming he’ll “eat the rest of the cost”. After trading in my vehicle, I see it listed the following day for $17,000 more than what I was given for it. Talk about being robbed. I reached out to the general manager Josh Potts via email and gave him feedback on my experience. I have yet to hear back, and probably won’t. I will say that I did have a positive experience with my sales associate. Other than that there is nothing else positive to say. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, take your business elsewhere.
