I was very pleased with the service I received at Laurel Kia. Not only did they offer me more for my trade in vehicle than Car Max, but they also made sure that I was aware of all rebates that were availabl Kia. Jamal took the time to go over all of the different options that I could choose from for my 2013 Optima and helped me to make the best decision. There was no hesitation in finding the color that I wanted and Alex (the manager) made sure that it was transferred from another dealership the very next morning. Jamal made sure that when my car arrived it was spotless and sat down and went over all of the controls and features with me. By the time that I left, I felt comfortable in the car and was fully confident in my purchase. I would recommend Laurel Kia to any of my friends or family members because they make sure you are fully attended to without putting any pressure on you to buy. Most importantly, Jamal offered me the BEST deal that I ever got of any of the dealerships!! He made it so inviting that I could not walk out the door!!! I was also impressed by the cohesiveness of all the staff there and the management leadership. The manager was not pushy and was very respectful of each customer as was Jamal of me. It was the most wonderful experience of the day. We received a royal welcome. We were made comfortable during our stay. We went in with no money in our pocket and after the process was completed upon received a royal welcome. We were made comfortable during our stay. We went in with no money in our pocket and after the process was completed upon our send off we had pizza and drove away in a brand new car. I am 72 years old. My husband is 76 years old. We were treated with respect. When we dropped our cane someone was there to pick it up for us. When I went to open the door, the door was opened for me. Jamal knew exactly what we needed according to our age and income. He made the process less stressing for us. He apologized when the process was a little longer than usual due to the lenders trying to approve the finance part. So many good things happened to meet our needs. The interest rate went from 24% to 14.29%. The payments went from $495.00 to $426.16 per month. He even took in considration that my husband was a veteran. I cannot name all of the good things Jamal did that day. Lisa was there for us also. She was so friendly, kind and considerate. She explained the paperwork to us and expained the warranty, coupons and everything as she went along and having us sign the necessary documents. She was even concerned about me being in pain due to my knee and helped make me comfortable during the process. Jamal and Lisa were our angels for the day. Thank you all so much. More
