I am the last person that would post something like this. I bought a used 2019 Audi A7 from Braman in March 2023( 40k miles). I drove the car for 3 weeks.. died on interstate going 70 with kids in the car. C I bought a used 2019 Audi A7 from Braman in March 2023( 40k miles). I drove the car for 3 weeks.. died on interstate going 70 with kids in the car. Complete Starter/Alternator failure. After 3 tow jobs to different auto repair the Audi dealership put me in a rental Car for 3 weeks while car was repaired. Car was just fixed and returned. I notified Braman as soon as it happened. Absolutely zero response. No calls from a manager.. no calls to address the situation… zero follow up..Nothing. I will never work with Braman again. I planned on buying multiple cars from Braman, but will now choose a dealer that cares about their customers after the sale. More

About 4 months ago, I bought a X3 from Jamal Alsafeer at Braman BMW of WPB and I had a great experience. Two weeks ago, I needed to buy a car for my daughter that she could take to school. Unexpectedly Braman BMW of WPB and I had a great experience. Two weeks ago, I needed to buy a car for my daughter that she could take to school. Unexpectedly, about a week later, the motor blew on my son’s Lexus. Now, I was in a jam and needed to buy two cars. I live in Tampa which is about 171 miles from Braman BMW. I tried to shop locally, but the selection on the west coast was limited and the extra fees were ridiculous. I test drove a few cars and some of those used cars were actually damaged. I went online to see what Braman had to offer. They had a huge selection of used cars and being I was in the market for two vehicles, I needed to find two great cars within my budget. I called Jamal Alsafeer and we discussed a Camry SE. He told me that it was in great shape so I bought it sight unseen. I went down to pick it up 4 days later and the car did not disappoint. As I was taking delivery, I walked the lot with my family to see what else Braman had to offer. We spied a beautiful Audi A4 that my daughter immediately fell in love with. So, we talked to Jamal and picked up the Audi as well. I want to thank Jamal and the staff at Braman for making the purchase process so easy. I don’t think I ever envisioned buying two cars in the same day, but with the selection, value, great prices and reasonable fees, Braman made it worthwhile for our family to drive from Tampa to WPB. Jamal and Marlin were some of the nicest gentleman I have ever worked with. I truly have not had an easier/pain free car buying process.
