Mike Morris Is my car man for life. He Was energetic Informative, fun and genuinely a people person. He sat In the vehicle I purchased and went over every button and everything that I didn’t understand in the car. He made sure I got the best deal that they could offer. I Was not his only client he was swarmed with other clients. He never made me feel unworthy of his time. He made it a point to come back to me every few minutes to tell me he would be with me shortly. I felt so good about buying a vehicle Until today. I will use Mike years to come and I will also send anybody I know looking for a vehicle to Mike. He turned my horrible week into a fantastic week! Finally! I was at my wits end and ready to give up on aquiring "the right car" for me, but North End Motors restored my faith in humanity. This is the best service I have experienced when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and you can really feel the family ambience. TJ was an absolute pleasure to work with; from his warm welcome and personability he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Tj The Car Plug at North End Motors was such a splash of fresh Air! I gave Tj a very specific list of details that I NEEDED to have in my new car, he followed my request and even went ABOVE & BEYOND his job fresh Air! I gave Tj a very specific list of details that I NEEDED to have in my new car, he followed my request and even went ABOVE & BEYOND his job and brought me for the test drive through all of my difficult requirements, he remained calm and extremely knowledgeable, if he didn’t know the answer he didn’t pretend to like others in my experience have, he did his research and made sure to give me all the correct details! Would absolutely recommend Tj and North Motors any day of the year! I need to also throw a special thank you out for Jaimie, the manager at North End Motors, you are absolutely AMAZING at your job and I cannot tell You enough how much I appreciate all of your hard work and diligence searching for the title to my Jeep, I hope you went home and had a nice strong drink at the end of that day! I purchased a Chrysler Town and Country on July 12, 2023. The entire process from that day forward was horrible. After my purchase, my salesperson Donovan said the vehicle needed a new fuel tank. After talki The entire process from that day forward was horrible. After my purchase, my salesperson Donovan said the vehicle needed a new fuel tank. After talking back and forth with him on the progress of that he told me on July 24 that the vehicle was in line to be detailed and it would be ready for me to pick up by noon. I showed up at noon only to find out they were still waiting on a part for the vehicle and Donovan no longer works there. I am not sure why someone who is no longer working there was telling me the vehicle was all set to be picked up. After I got home without the vehicle he reached out to me again to ask me how I liked my new vehicle. The van was not ready until July 28. The evening of July 28 the vehicle was dropped off at my home and the tire pressure light was on when it was dropped off. I did not drive the van that night and when I went to go out to drive the van Saturday morning the tire was flat. I had AAA tow the van back to Northend as there was a screw in the tire. I received the van back on Saturday. The next day the check engine light is on. The van went back to Northend that Monday 7/31. I received the van back on Monday. I had the van until Wednesday, August 16. That week the van was having issues starting. Then on Wednesday, it would not start at all. I had it towed back to Northend. I did not receive the van back until Saturday, August 26. I picked the van up and got home. I went to go out Saturday night and it took me 4 times before I was able to get the van started. The same issue on Sunday. I went out Sunday and it took even more time to get it started. I got to where I was going. When I came back out it took three times before I could get it started. I finally got it started and got back home. I was able to get it started on the morning of August 28 and drove it to work. I called Service to let them know I am having the same issue I was having when I initially dropped it off on August 16. I was told I could drop it off that Wednesday. I dropped it off on August 30. From that point, I was told it was the fob. They ordered a new one and said that was not the issue. Then they said it was the fuel pump. They replaced that and gave the van back only for me to continue having the same issue with the van not starting. They took the van back and told me they were going to send it to Chrysler. I had not heard anything from them for over a week. When I call to find out what is going on they say they are going to get me out of the contract with the van. I traded in my Toyota Rav4 because I wanted a bigger vehicle. I never wanted out of the contract I wanted the van fixed. I was told to come in on Saturday, September 16 to find another vehicle. Of course, after all this, I ended up with something smaller than the Toyota Rav4 I traded in so that I could stay within my price range. I was told the vehicle would be ready to be picked up on the following Thursday. Thursday comes and I am told I need to come in to sign a contract that was not signed on Saturday. Which of course is the same contract I left with on Saturday with a copy of the original I signed. The car was still not registered either when I left. This is not my first purchase at Northend Motors. I was with my daughter when she bought her car there years ago. She had a great experience. I went with her again when she traded the car two years ago for her current van. I then decided to purchase my Toyota Rav4 there two years ago. When I needed a bigger vehicle the only place I was looking was Northend as I have seen firsthand great experiences with three vehicles. This entire experience has been a nightmare since I walked in there on July 12, 2023. The worst part of all of this has been the extremely poor communication throughout this entire process. More
