My experience started out great , took a turn for the worst, and had to be saved by a sales manager. The vehicle I purchased has ongoing problems and that’s frustrating (especially for The price) but I worst, and had to be saved by a sales manager. It’s easy to forget that these are big (sometimes once in a lifetime) purchasers for the customer. My hope is that my experience will be case study for how not to sell a car. More

Quick, easy, NON AGRESSIVE! Most dealerships don't have this sort of experience when going through the car buying process. My experience was very fair. Everyone I worked with shot me as “straight” as I could expect for a dealership. While they are obviously still trying to sell a car (I’ve done enough sales training to understand when they’re being “salesy”) it was very nice to break down with them on a personal level and actually feel like I was having a human experience in purchasing a vehicle. They told me when they were obligated to tell me about certain programs even when they know I wouldn’t purchase them. It felt much more low pressure than any other dealership experience I’ve had. More
