When I finally made my decision the process was seamless, quick and professional. Justin S. handled the paperwork and was also an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very informative and helpful in finalizing my purchase. I had put off getting a new vehicle for a very long time because I was afraid of the process. Great communication, friendly and easy to work with! I had been searching for an Escape for a few days and found it difficult to get a quick response back from other dealers. But once I message Jacquelin I had been searching for an Escape for a few days and found it difficult to get a quick response back from other dealers. But once I message Jacqueline from Honda of Kirkland I got an instant reply back and had a showing setup within the hour. She listened to all of my needs and worries and was also extremely friendly to both me and my two boys 6yrs & 9yrs who were also with me. One thing to mention was that I wasn't buying a new car. It definitely wasn't there biggest sale of the day but they still made me feel just as important as if it was. The entire process from initial inquiry to driving off the lot with my new Escape was merely a few hours. My experience with her and also Justin in finance couldn't have been any better and I will continue to bring my future business back to them based on this single experience. More

Exceeded expectations I had never owned a Honda let alone been in to a Ho da dealer before. I walked in to simply look at the new 2019 Honda Pilot Elite and happened to mee I had never owned a Honda let alone been in to a Ho da dealer before. I walked in to simply look at the new 2019 Honda Pilot Elite and happened to meet Jacqueline Larson (sales rep). She was super busy but managed to make time for all of us simultaneously. She showed me the vehicle, I drove it (fell in love with it) and we talked about terms and pricing. I didn’t anticipate walking out with a car that day however she was really good. She didn’t pressure me at all, but she really knew her stuff about the vehicle and Honda in general. I truly felt like I walked out with a really good deal on a top of the line Pilot Elite and that was credit to her. I’d recommend anyone in the Honda market to work with her and Honda of Kirkland. I certainly enjoyed my experience and I love this car! More
