During college I was looking for a part time job, little did I know I found a career here at Freeman Toyota. I started working in the service department helping out customers then decided I was ready to help them with their second biggest financial decision ever. My family knows me as Jacob, Jake, uncle, or brother however my customers and colleagues know me as Lunchbox. When I'm not here at work I enjoy time on the lake boating or fishing with friends and family. My first Toyota experience. Now, in the past Ive had SEVERAL new car purchase experiences but with Matt, he was the first person that made me feel I was treated fairly and I didn't come away with the ty SEVERAL new car purchase experiences but with Matt, he was the first person that made me feel I was treated fairly and I didn't come away with the typical dealership (stealership) experience most of us have grown to expect. No shady sales tactics to max out what they could get from me. Again, I was treated fairly and the team between sales, service and finance was spot on. If and when I need another Toyota or maybe even a pre-owned, Matt and Freeman Toyota is the first call I'm going to make. I already refer everyone I can to them and will continue to do this going forward! Keep rocking it Matt! More
