Stephen never gave up on me, he was ready in the morning to make a deal, even before I was. He knew how to get the right deal and I was able to save 4k just because of his knowledge on an EV tax program. I to make a deal, even before I was. I will definitely be back at Nissan Elk Grove because the knowledge and time they take on each customer. I didn't feel like a number. Time to enjoy my used car! More

Great Service. I'm extremely pleased with my last service. My 2 prior visits were frustrating. I was forgotten in the lounge, even though my car was done for some ti I'm extremely pleased with my last service. My 2 prior visits were frustrating. I was forgotten in the lounge, even though my car was done for some time. Jackson was kind enough to give me a complimentary oil change for the inconvenience. The following service I had a appointment, but almost an hour later they had not started on my car due to over booking. I was told it would be done probably around an hour. So I left. I went back in June and explained to Jeremy my frustration of the last 2 appointments. He assured me that I would be taken care of this time, even though I could see they were very busy. In about an hour's time, my oil was changed, complimentary check done, tires rotated, and vehicle washed. The copy of the multi inspection sheet results wasn't attached to my bill, so Jeremy mailed it to my home. THANK YOU JEREMY for making sure everything ran smooth and in a timely manner!!! More
