Our credit report was gone over with us in the showroom, and we were quoted a price that we were not even qualified for. We spent 4 hours there, and I had taken time off of work for our appointment. We were chastised for not purchasing the vehicle, after the financing department "went out on such a limb for us and put so much work into it". I was very upfront regarding price point we were comfortable with and what we were looking for before we ever went in to the dealership. So disappointed. More

Jackie is friendly and eager to help. Her answers are truthful and informational. She is respectful of the buyer's needs and desires. The process of negotiation can be tortuous elsewhere, but Jackie guided us and smoothed the inevitable give and take directly to a happy conclusion. There were some snafus along the way, but Jackie stayed calm and fixed the issues in a very non-stressful way. Jackie is very knowledgeable. She systematically and efficiently moves through all the product and purchasing information with very little waiting around that so often happens when purchasing a car. More
