Our experience with Five Star Ford was beyond awesome! In about 2 hours total, we had chosen, driven, been approved, signed paperwork, met the service team and been given an overview of our new car. The entire buying experience was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone helped with any issues I had without ever trying to pressure me at all. Even though I probably was a pain buying experience I have ever had. Everyone helped with any issues I had without ever trying to pressure me at all. Even though I probably was a pain, they always seemed happy to be helping me. They told me up front how much my trade in was worth, and they told the new truck price up front. No haggling and completely professional. When I got to the finance part, it went about as quick and easy as I could possibly imagine. A+ grade for all involved. More

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Five Star Ford and from jim Rich in particular. I would not want to work with nor recommend another salesman to friends and family except Jim. They both had a charismatic can-do attitude and intense focused attention to what I was needing that was Harkins in sales and Jack Geier in finance.
