Both Jack and John were incredibly friendly, made me feel very comfortable and made sure I had all the information I needed. They gave me all of the answers I needed and explained everything. Joanne helped m very comfortable and made sure I had all the information I needed. They gave me all of the answers I needed and explained everything. Joanne helped me understand the finances and gave me the best deal possible. She was also very very friendly. I was in the market for an F-150 and found several but the only one that had the options and color I wanted required me to take the 30 mile ride to Jannell. I was nervous at first, but the vehicle was "as advertised" and I was pleasantly surprised with the service and friendliness of the staff. They remembered my call from several hours prior and had the truck brought up right away. Jack and Ed went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I left with the vehicle that I came for. They didn't even mind my 2 little ones trying out the showroom models! Like I said, I drove 30 miles, and passed several dealerships on the way...and would do it again, and probably will, the next time I need a vehicle!! Thank you so much for making this a great experience and getting me the truck I wanted!! More

Had a great experience overall with this dealer; initially spoke with Jack Bresnahan on the phone, then came in for a test drive and met Rob Miskinis. Jack then handled the final sale, enabling me to find a vehicle outside their current inventory. Both were very friendly, followed a very low-pressure approach, and listened carefully to my key criteria. Jack made no attempts to sell me any add-ons for the car, knowing that I was looking for a reliable commuting vehicle while keeping overall cost down. Ultimately they helped steer me to the 2011 Focus for the better incentives, over the newer Fiesta, and I appreciated their guidance during the decision. Very happy overall with the experience, and I plan on going back to Jannell again in the future! More
