This is the second subaru I have purchased from Premier. Returned because I wanted to work with Ted again. My experience with the financial side with Jack Basciano was fantastic compared to my original experience in finance. It was smooth, quick, and to the point which is what I requested. I was not bombarded with late choices of extended warranties. Instead Prior to my final visit all options were discussed allowing time to think about things and on the day of pickup choose what was important to us. Much much better. The new service of having Neil review all the features on my new car was priceless and very helpful. Great addition to the buying process. Cristy Lied More
