Looking for a Rav 4 hybrid, Christian steered us to a bright red vehicle which, after a family consultation, we turned down but he was able to show two other vehicles on the lot and explained the differe bright red vehicle which, after a family consultation, we turned down but he was able to show two other vehicles on the lot and explained the differences and costs. We eventually leaned to the vehicle (he didn't push us in any direction) that had more features that would be beneficial now and in the future. We went over budget but we are satisfied that he worked hard to meet our needs -- he even threw in a roof rack because the other two cars we turned down had one, but the one we settled on didn't. We did check prices through family and were told the prices for the vehicle we chose was about the same in other Toyota dealerships, so the prices in this day and age for this kind of product are inescapable. Word to the wise - the dealership appears very busy, we went on a Wednesday morning which allegedly is quiet but the pace quickly built up over the time we were there. Also, hybrid cars are in high demand...while we were discussing the red Rav another dealer was showing the same car to another family and they wound up buying the car. So if we wanted the car it might have been a race between two families (and two sales people?) to make the sale. All in all, the client service was very helpful, and though stressful as any big decision can be, Christian was very helpful and patient as we reviewed the options, discussed with family members, and made our financial calculations. Looking forward to the roof rack, and many years of good maintenance. More

This month makes almost 2 months since I've had my new 2022 Toyota Rav4 XLE and I LOVE it! It's also perfect timing to evaluate the whole process in total. I chose Hillside Toyota because of a referral from my cousin. I encountered Roy whom I found out moved from another branch to this one not too long ago and at first I was skeptical, not personally, but just as a salesperson. lol He turned out to be the best! He was very honest, a good listener, extremely patient with me and was so good in helping me navigate the process, especially when I returned the second time to finish the process and pick up the car. He really took care of me. If i go into the intricate details, this would be a very long review, but long story short, he went the distance to get this deal done for me. Everything he said and agreed upon, was done. No games. I recommend him and appreciate him 100%, My financing was done through Jack. I encountered him briefly on my first visit while browsing & thought he looked so intimidating I didn't want to encounter him ever! Well God had the last laugh, he was my finance guy and was so upfront, honest and patient. I like to take time before every decision and he sat and waited while I went through all the options and chose. He took the time to further clarify when I didn't understand and then waited while I made my decision. I hate being rushed at the last minute and he allowed me to do me. Thank You again so much. All my documents soon followed and I was very happy for the timely follow through on the part of the dealership. I also want to thank Mike for working with me on the pricing. It was a lot of back and forth but i was happy overall! More
