I really enjoyed my experience with the service department at Courtesy Acura. Everyone from the person that greeted me when I pulled in to the person that delivered my car to me when it was done be department at Courtesy Acura. Courtesy Acura is my favorite Acura dealership in the Denver metro. Said with mixed emotions I have had 4 Service Consultants in the 6 years I’ve had work done. I am glad to see Chris Zimmerman be the Se Denver metro. Said with mixed emotions I have had 4 Service Consultants in the 6 years I’ve had work done. I am glad to see Chris Zimmerman be the Service Director at Courtesy because I did NOT like the process/operations at Mike High. I know he is extremely happier at Courtesy due to a wide variety of experience. I most recently got assigned Travis McKoy, he has been fantastic so far, I look to keep that relationship going with support from Chris. Shout out to Chris, Vanessa, and now Travis.
