I live in Uxbridge with my wife Rose, my son, and 6 chickens. At the age of 9 I started working at my family’s restaurant in Sutton where I worked every job and learned the importance of hard work and customer service. During high school I worked numerous construction jobs. Looking for direction, I turned to the United States Air Force where I served my country proudly for five years making the rank of Senior Airman. After leaving the service in 1995, I started selling cars. I excelled becoming sales manager in a few short years. In 2000, following in my parents footsteps, opened a restaurant of my own. It did well but I soon realized I missed selling cars. In 2005 I started working for Kevin Meehan, the hardest working most generous person I have ever met. I love it here. It feels like family. I am a good listener and will work hard to find the right vehicle for you at the right price. I will follow through on everything I promise to do A to Z!

First of all, I have to say I am a repeat customer. I have purchased 2 prior vehicles from Imperial Chevy and Imperial Ford. This was the first purchase I made at the Chrysler store. I worked initially w have purchased 2 prior vehicles from Imperial Chevy and Imperial Ford. This was the first purchase I made at the Chrysler store. I worked initially with Rami who was both very professional and knowledgeable about the Jeep Patriot I was interested in. Also, the manager, JP Carlo met with me and outlined each piece of the transaction which made me much more comfortable, He's a real professional too! After I understood what it was going to cost, I met with the Finance manager, Karyn. She explained very clearly each line item in the long sales sheet and even convinced me to pay weekly for the car instead of monthly. I'm saving over a year of payments!! The icing on the cake was that I got a call later that same day to tell me the new plates and inspection of the car was completed! Karyn first told me it would take a day or so but it only took half a day. That was a pleasant surprise! When I came back to drive the Jeep home, Rami explained again every button on the thing. He even programed the phone in the Jeep for me! I love this car and really appreciate the team at the Chrysler store. I will definetly be back and will recommend anyone looking for a car to see these folks first...not last! More

I just want to thank the wonderful team at Imperial Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, and Ram for all of the help and the great experience I had buying my Jeep Overland. Carlo was able to take what I was looking for and turn it into something even better than I could imagine. I had been looking for a new Jeep for a while and talking to a few other dealers, but after working with Imperial I realized I was simply wasting my time with them. Karyn Ingram was also instrumental in making the financing process seamless, and she truly deserves much praise for her patience and also for making me feel like I was part of the Imperial family. Imperial Cars is by far the nicest dealership that I have ever had the experience to deal with . We had stopped by to compare truck prices and to get a coffee (Mendon Diner's coffee is better than Dunkin's) ever had the experience to deal with . The staff was extremely helpful, with JP and Al Thibeault finding the right truck and the best deal ,to Karyn and Mike making the fiance and registration process less painful. My husband and I had to start the process of looking for a new Jeep for him and we started at Imperial. I can tell you that we never intended on buying at the first place that we stopped at what I thought a new Jeep for him and we started at Imperial. I can tell you that we never intended on buying at the first place that we stopped at what I thought was going to be a long search due the past "car dealer" experiences that we had. Upon our arrival we were greeted by J.P. and I can tell you that he has been a pleasure to work with. Not only did we end up buying the Jeep for my husband but the very next day I went back to trade in my car for a second new car, my sebring convertible. From J.P. to Karyn and Mike in Finance, to all of the other employees that we spoke with, everyone was friendly, easy to work with and no pressure by anyone. There is NOT 1 negative thing that I can say about my experience. The have certainly earned by business and I would HIGHLY recommend J.P. and this dealership to anyone who is in the market to buy a car. The service from start to finish was excellent. Nice clean dealership tons of different cars to choice from. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with us.
