Everything was great. Just recommend Ford providing customers a loaner. Many other dealerships do it as complimentary service. Had to stop taking my Ford to this dealer's service department. Service rep Jeff Rudzewicz was too unreliable and lacked the skill set to do his job properly. Too many delays and excuses on getting m department. Service rep Jeff Rudzewicz was too unreliable and lacked the skill set to do his job properly. Too many delays and excuses on getting my vehicle fixed. He refused to ever take accountability for his laziness. Service Manager Chuck Lilly does a horrible job managing his team. I recommend choosing another Ford dealership for your service. More
